All the spanish subs are wrong

I tried several movies and the program never downloads the correct subtitle in Spanish, the English subtitles are correct. Sometimes it finds no subtitle at all - no problem, but when it says it found a Spanish subtitle, it is never the correct one.

Movies were for example: "Kiki, el amore se hace" or "Perdiendo el Norte", I tried with different versions of the movie files.

Same thing happens to me, with Portuguese. Rarely it finds PT-PT captions. However if I manually go to OpenSubtitles in my browser I can find captions, just not the app. The latest example was "The Croods: A New Age".
