Dragging with right mouse click when zooming - doesn't behave

0) Open some file (olive.csv).
1) open a xy scatter plot
2) choose zooming
3) press fixed zooming
4) press right mouse click and drag
5) movement won't be consistent (will jump to zoom in and won't zoom out)

(I'm working on windows 7, ggobi 2.1.8)
