We are going to use 64bit R and Rattle on 64 bit MS Windows platform, they 
depend on 64 bit GTK+ and ggobi,it's best if you can release 64 bit ggobi for 
MS Windows.

The MinGW64 project now has a stable 1.0 version now, we should try to make 
stable GTK+ environment for R on 64bit Windows too.
