experiments_2018_mesas_exposure_predictions: missing evaluate-predictions.launch & more #60

Following steps to replicate prediction experiments, those issues were found:

file evaluate-predictions.launch doesn't exist
script build_temporal_statistics.sh requires 3 args but in step no. 6 is mentioned only one text file

./mesas_2018_exposure/build_temporal_statistics.sh stat.txt

wrong number of argument! 1st: number of submaps. 2nd: path to file to save statistics. 3rd: path to folder containg folders with maps to collect statistic from.
