For the various Hypoxia layers on GLTG explore page:

...we would like to implement the time selection controls used for Thunderstorm:
https://github.com/ncsa-thunderstorm/ts-frontend/blob/main/src/components/LayerSelector/TimeSelector.tsx#L181

Ideally we would show a box with the time controls underneath the Hypoxia selection on the right side, and only show 1 group instead of 2005, 2006...

We will not have month or 10-day period, only YearSelector for our version of this in geodashboard core.
