Get cookie value to shared variable

Hi there, At work we use this plugin to extract and reuse variables. There is a a cookies that we need to extract and use in our request payloads but needs to work across different domains which is not possible with the default Cookies template tag from Insomnia. I have developed it and it works well, if you think there is an audience for it then I can submit a PR to save me sending these files around to others who needs it.
