Regarding the initiation factor Mti3, I agree with you that the role of MTIF3 described in the paper is primarily to prevent the association of the large subunit with the small subunit, ensuring small subunit availability for initiation. It doesn’t appear to directly function in ribosome disassembly in the broader sense.
(I think the problem here is an ontology issue , we have ribosome ribosome dissociation factor as a related synonym of ribosome disassembly)
Add the label 'high priority' if needed. Generally high priority issues affect a lot of proteins, and annotations are incorrect (as opposed to just imprecise).
