User story

As a partner with a venue with caveats and conditions around when I'm open, I want to be able to add notes to opening times, in order that people who only check the opening times (and don't read the description properly) don't show up at an unsuitable time.

For example, for the libraries:

  • "Only open at this time for under-25s"
  • "Open, but unstaffed"

Acceptance criteria

  • Individual opening times can have an annotation added in admin interface
  • Opening times annotations are visible in frontend
