Project phase

As I did in #47 I wanted to open a conversation line on how we should manage the upcoming projects from NGOs, local companies, GSG and Mercy Corps.

The general idea is to collect as many proposals as possible from everyone. Select the ones we like the most and make the students work on them.

We have already sent a form out here.

What we need is a plan of how to engage external organisations. Something like:

• at the beginning of the week they should be coming to GSG
• we run a one day workshop on project and product management
• make sure they plan together with the team what is realistic
• get them engaged during the entire building process
• deliver and awesome MVP :)

Projects will start the 26th of March.

@ronanyeah @RanaAlqrenawi would be great if you guys can talk and maybe expand the above current points. Maybe a pull request so to integrate in the curriculum?

Just passed the conversation that we had yesterday with Saral and @mantagen to @ronanyeah and @besarthoxhaj and the suggested 2 projects too.

Great, thanks! @ronanyeah , if you _do_ get the chance, would be cool for you to have a look at them and just sketch out roughly what skills they'll need for them, I'm going to send you a doc with what I believe to be some things it would be good to focus on!
