new tool request: metaMDBG

Hello,

Would it be possible to wrap new tool metaMDBG (for long read metagenome assembly) on usegalaxy.org?
This is the best assembler available for PacBio HiFi reads at the moment and significantly outperforms Flye meta (available on Galaxy) with some of our critical samples.

Having metaMDBG on Galaxy would also allow to match the best practices in PacBio hifi data analysis.
