Possility to add hits?

When I review tools I often ask "Is it possible to add min/max to floats/ints?". This should not be a listing warning or error ... its just a hint to check. Not adding any min/max is totally fine.

Would it be possible to integrate some kind of "Guide me in improving my wrapper." Feature, that is more like a ... this could be done but is optional. Thing.
