SIDM physics should include contribution from host^N, not just host halo #175

Currently SIDM physics (e.g. ram pressure effects) are applied only from the direct host of the satellite halo. We should include the contribution from the host-host, and host-host-host etc. also. According to simulations run by Ethan Nadler these effects can be significant.
