Various distro specific tuned based fixes/Support

*Linux Distro and version
Don't know yet, will add to this once I find out which distros to support

*Version of Resetter
Huge numbers of changes are coming so I'll bump the version to 4.00 once this is done.

*Description of Issue
I'll add the description once I found out more/

Elimate add-apt-key. It's no longer needed, I'll make an all in one resetter_x.x.x.deb package

*Content of log file located in /var/log/resetter/resetter.log if applicable
