Upgrade LessCSS Compiler to version 2.0.0.

Plugin must allow using:

  • caching
  • supported protocols
  • custom protocols
  • comments with paths (imported files) (← source maps should be used to get this data)

- remove caching mechanism (needs to be rewritten)
- remove compiler types (documentation needs to be adjusted)
- upgrade dependencies and plugins
- fix the way of adding files to site
