Decide what tool to use Question: Which tool to ust to read and modify the .fsproj file ? #32
Loading source files Loading source files from project file #61
Saving source files order Saving new order of source files to project file #62

Ordering alg:

Inner opens Support open declarations in inner modules #59
Defintions of other symbols Support file dependency on types, DU constructors, record fields. #60

This is also good place to discuss heading of this project.
