Initial release

This is the initial release of this plugin. At this time I don't support nesting of categories for simplicity. It will show the category that contains the course as a simple expandable node (nodes are closed by default).

You can override the styles either by editing the styles.css file in the plugin folder, or using your themes custom css setting.
