This adds ffbs-wireguard-respondd.
This package provides statistics of WireGuard interfaces via respondd.

Previously this package has been managed in
https://gitli.stratum0.org/ffbs/ffbs-packages under the name gluon-ffbsnext-wireguard.

On Matrix there was a question regarding the 64bit -> 53bit conversion:

I guess the comment is misleading. In case we reach 2^53 counts, the number will loose precision since JSON will use float for numbers. So yeah. Something happens in this case. But not caring about the conversion here is the canonical way to solve this. (Otherwise we would need to convert our number to string - and for me this is not worth the hassle.)
