It would be good if we had a link at the top saying "Start Learning Chisel" that led directly to the bootcamp.

This is a little complicated to do as there's no real customization of the navbar beyond including or not-including an API documentation link. Based on this, it looks like we would require a modification to sbt-microsite to support this.
