PMC and PMS variants are 100% identical regarding compiler and programmer.

Since I plan to do some programming on PMS132B (I got PMS132B as 3x3mm QFN-16 from here: https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=601613337898) support for writing with this OTP protocol will come soon ;-) This also includes support for PMS131/PMC131.
