Failure analyzing the data through R

I followed the guidelines in ‘readme-analyze-it-js’ and everything appears to work well to a point. I get an error on the webpage: ‘object ‘dp.all’ not found, and a 'server failure' in downloading any of the tables. In R, the error message is: "Error in reactive:processed: object 'dp.all' not found".
