[FEATURE] Adding "Bitmask" to the "Property" section of a button

Hi, I looked through the feature request history and I didn't find anyone requesting the "bitmask" option on the "Property" section of a button, similar to the "Shape settings". I believe this request is necessary because it allows us to select the bit required to confirm an action. Currently this action can only be performed with binary tags.
