Both are images.
Go through the css. :P

What is leafletjs for anyway?

I think it is for the map in the "Reach Us" section.

P.S.: so many CSS and JS files are there! I do not know which are for what !!

Yea, script js contains different things.
It would be a good idea to use different js files for different functionalities nd combine them with grunt or gulp.
Also use sass/less instead of css.
