Adding commas to large numbers

What command would you like to see improved or added?
Basically any command with numbers that could use a .toLocaleString() on it (I know it's in C# but you know what i mean)

What exactly should it do?
Add commas to numbers, such as the leaderboard.command, the amount of streams, or really anything.

Additional context
Mainly just to increase visibility (mainly when I'm drunk and can't read unformatted large numbers) on the bot as a whole since sometimes it's hard for people to see raw numbers, so this is just catering to them in a way.
