[Feature Request] Please Add option to lock window position

I'd love to have the window position be something I can lock with a simple toggle or settings checkbox. Ideally it would be two locks-= one for position, and one for changing size, but just being able to lock the title in place so I don't accidentally move it around would be great!

I don't know if it's helpful at all, but the gatherbuddy plugin has the feature in it as a reference!
