License on GitHub but not in zip file submission

I have submitted my project in a zip file, the code is working fine as it should, but the issue is I've not provided the required licences for the fonts and assets used. README file is also of the original flutter clock repository, and not mine.
I have corrected everything in my GitHub repository, so the question is will my submission be valid, considering my project does complete all the requirements on GitHub but not in the submitted zip file?

Also, how do we license flare assets used? I've made them myself.
