Make library available from a repository other than JCenter

JCenter is going away in 2022. Can the library be provided from another repository, please?

I've made it availible on maven central but with another identifier
se.warting.datepicker:singledateandtimepicker:2.2.8

This is just in case @florent37 don't support this library any more and if he doesn't do it before JCenter will sunset in february

se.warting.datepicker:singledateandtimepicker:2.2.8 is the exact same code as com.github.florent37:singledateandtimepicker:2.2.8

I might or might not support further version and updates of my version of the library depending on how big interest there are :)
