Simplified code for the paper "Temporal chunking as a mechanism for unsupervised learning of task-sets" Bouchacourt, Palminteri, Koechlin, Ostojic, eLIFE 2020. This code is written in Python.

Reproduces the figure 3 of the paper, just hit python main.py. This calls Generate_data.py, itself calling Model.py

This folder also includes SPM maps of group level and group level ANOVA for the model-based fMRI analysis.
