Subscriptions won't update after suspend/resume #242

When I close the laptop lid, causing OS suspend and then open and resume, the subscriptions stop updating.

After closing and opening the app subscriptions work again.

Minitube version 3.9.3, Ubuntu 23.04 Lunar.
