Use multiple builders

Rollup-boost could take as an input an array of builders, multiplex FCUs to all of them and decide during GetPayload step which builder returns the block with the highest value.

I think we should consider as well whether this should be built-in behaviour or something we can add behind a trait and have different flavours of rollup-boost.
