JB: Move pyop3 and TSFC to firedrake and move FInAT to FIAT

• TSFC goes into the Firedrake repo
• pyop3 goes into the Firedrake repo, pyop2 is going to die
• FInAT and GEM get moved to the FIAT repo, gets us close to single source of truth
• Only 4 repos to mantain: firedrake, FIAT, checkpoint_schedules, and half of pyadjoint
