Folks at PNNL, especially @schr476 identified a desire for the ability to access historical data for offline training purposes through an SQL server.
We need to talk to FNAL DB teams about how to put together and manage such a server (e.g., how to expose it to PNNL for training), and set up scripts to populate the database.

I opened a ticket with the database group; we'll try to make a automatic process which makes all our files available via db connection on one their enormous servers. My goal is to get the security down to knowing a machine, a port, and a password.... We'll see if they can do it for us.
