can't get ADCs from the board yet

Note, this can't happen with the dev kits - we need the final board, which requires the layout to be finished (see #28) and fabrication by the vendor

Progress from @bschup

Trying to get a hold of the adc demo kit that our engineer friend here in AD 
used to evaluate the dev kit we have. These adc's adc's are the same as on 
the carrier board we intend to use to interface all of the analog/digital IO into 
the FPGA.

Now have a devkit for the ADCs - development module that allows us to exercise our software for the ADCs (still need the final board to really get the ADCs)

Working on digitizing inputs with the devkit within 6 weeks

This coincides with getting the board done - not using the standalone dev kit. Some software development can be done while waiting for the board, but need delivery to finalize this.

Some folks in the control group are helping with measurements for characterizing the DACs (e.g., checking cross-talk).
