When course run resource link isn't configured with a backend the call to action (CTA) on the course page always shows "Enroll now" at it isn't translated to the correct Portuguese language.

This fix needs to be upstream(ed) to Richie project.

Merged upstream on Richie! 💪
This will fix the "Enroll now" CTA button on edx courses on NAU site when seeing the page in Portuguese.

To fix on our site, we needs a new Richie release and then an upgrade of our site. That is why I'm going to move this issue to Blocked on private board.
