Change course enrollment button text if course is open for enrollment but archived

I think it's a communication problem on our course page.
The course is archived, but it allows you to view the content. This makes it different from other archived courses.
I think that the enrollment button should have other visible text so that the user understands that they are only enrolling in a course that only allows them to review the content.

Este curso está arquivado, o que significa que pode rever o seu conteúdo mas não está ativo.

I thing we should create an upstream issue on Richie.

This problem has to due with not having a Enrollment end date set. Richie considers it open indefinitely. You always have to register both these dates, Enrollment start and end.

@sandroscosta I think we don't have any couses on this state. Is this relevant? Inside the course we already have a message informing that the course is archived.
