Proxied=true not applying when changed from false #1014

First of all thanks for the great work with this container. I was finally able to clean up some DNS debts with this.

When deploying it i encountered the following problem:

First I deployed with proxied=false.

The records got created and proxying was off. So everything fine.

When changing the env variable to true and redoplying the container, the DNS entries dont get update to active proxy.

The IP hasn't changed in the meantime, so I don't know if this would make a diffrence.

@akorb90 Hi, thanks for the reporting. I believe this is the same as #964. Could you possibly confirm?

I believe the best solution is to make the warning of mismatched settings visible even when QUIET=1, but I'm all ears.
