Fix the Description for Mup License

When we first started the Openlist, we got our licenses from existing databases. But, most don't have great descriptions. If you are interested in writing a description for the Mup License, you can comment below and we will assign the issue to you. The best way to write a description is to research the history of the license. Also, if you need any help writing the description or have any questions, please let us know. 😄
