Update. Ok, I was able to get the packages installed but had to do the following:

remove all versions of Python
installed Miniconda3-py38_23.1.0-1-Windows-x86_64.exe (for all users)
the clone command in the setup is not working so I had to use this one: git clone [email protected]:facebookresearch/svoice.git
then run miniconda3 powershell as admin
pip install torch==1.8.0+cu101 torchvision==0.9.0+cu101 -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html
edit the requirements.txt to:
pesq==0.0.2
numpy==1.19.4
tqdm==4.51.0
hydra_core==1.0.3
hydra_colorlog==1.0.0
pystoi==0.4.1
torchaudio==0.8.0
librosa==0.7.1
numba==0.48
then run pip install hydra-core --upgrade

Now everything is installed but I need help to extract multiple voice from a .wav file and I don't understand how to run this command: python -m svoice.separate --mix_dir=

what is path to the model? Where do I get that model from?
path to store the separated files I understand but the --mix_dir I don't know what that means. I don't have a bunch of files. I just have one.

So can someone please help me? I just want to split the voices from one .wav file to several files.
How can I do this?

Please help. Thank you so much.

old info...

When I run this command: pip install torch==1.6.0+cu101 torchvision==0.7.0+cu101 -f https://download.pytorch.org/whl/torch_stable.html

I get the following error message: ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement torch==1.6.0 (from versions: 2.2.0, 2.2.0+cpu, 2.2.0+cu118, 2.2.0+cu121, 2.2.1, 2.2.1+cpu, 2.2.1+cu118, 2.2.1+cu121, 2.2.2, 2.2.2+cpu, 2.2.2+cu118, 2.2.2+cu121, 2.3.0, 2.3.0+cpu, 2.3.0+cu118, 2.3.0+cu121, 2.3.1, 2.3.1+cpu, 2.3.1+cu118, 2.3.1+cu121, 2.4.0, 2.4.1, 2.5.0, 2.5.1)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for torch==1.6.0

I was able to download this instead: pip install torch==2.3.1+cu118 torchvision==0.18.1+cu118 -f https://download.pytorch.org/
whl/torch_stable.html

That worked fine. But when I run this:pip install -r requirements.txt

I get this:
