Possible to have atomFamily with generic data types?

Hello, is it possible to have an atomFamily with a generic type for its data?

what I want

export const dataAtom = atomFamily<T[], string>({
  key: 'recoil-table-data-state',
  default: [],
});

Vs what I have, which is to just list it as any

export const dataAtom = atomFamily<any[], string>({
  key: 'recoil-table-data-state',
  default: [],
});

and manually setting the type when exporting it

export interface TableInstance<T> {
  ...

it is kinda possible to type like this:

const _dataAtom = atomFamily<any, string>({
  key: 'recoil-table-data-state',
  default: [],
});

export function dataAtom<T>(id: string): RecoilState<T[]> {
  return _dataAtom;
}
