Stash support

I'd love to see attlassian stash support being possible for this tool for us to consider using at work. Do you guys have any meta opinions on that?

I'd imagine the easiest way to do that is to pull the github code out into a separate module that has a clear set of hooks it registers with the mention-bot. We could then have a separate module that implements those hooks for stash and exposes its own configuration.

mention bot is on npm as a pure module. You should be able to depend on that to build your integration
