Fix issues when running deploy.sh from mac (due to old bash)
Add data pipe line to setup Dynamo DB tables from osio S3 backups using AWS cli
Deploy insight services(npm, maven, pypi) from deploy.sh (including secrets for hpf)
Modify npm, hpf templates.yaml
Update document to copy insight models from S3
Remove bayesian-jobs from deployment
