Setup mode suggesting suitable versions to upgrade to #23

Would be nice to have a small function in account setup that suggests known versions to upgrade to so that if you type in '4.6' for version to upgrade to, it could respond like "Unknown version. Did you mean 4.6.0?"

In addition to this, eZ Upgrade could provide a default option. I'm guessing that most people want to upgrade to the most recent version eZ Upgrade supports at any given time.
