Hi there,
I've just updated the Dockerfile to base on nginx:stable layer, added some PHP 7 needed extensions for Grav 1.4.7.

Since this PR has been left for a while, I think that php7.2 should become the targeted version (7.0's security support stops on the 3rd December)/
