What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Extract NameBench
2.Start analyses
3.Message Error: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xe7 in position 84: ordinal
not in range(128)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I'm waiting for the
complete status of the program, but when its about to finish appears that
message and i haven't results to improve my DNS connection.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? I'm using
it on Win 7 Ultimate 32 bits;
NameBench -1.3.1-Windows

Please provide any additional information below.
On "nameservers" i was placed nothing, and this error doesn't occours. But i
think that the final result just showed the "Fastest DNS" that was the same of
my wi-fi router.
