Simple updateListingInventory {"error":"IDs must be >= 1, got 0"}

Hi!
I am updating transactions for a big amount of size/color properties successfully already, but I just can't bring this minimal sample to work.
response: {"error":"IDs must be >= 1, got 0"}, I think I have correct ids and compared it to the working one but couldn't find any significant differences.

I tried: empty sku, remove quantity_on_property & sku_on_property. Add 513 to quantity_on_property & sku_on_property.
