<p>
Technology has always been my passion. After I graduated from the German university in Cairo with a BSc. information Engineering and technology majoring in communication engineering, I travelled to Liverpool, England to get my Msc. in Telecommunication Engineering. After achieving my Msc. Degree with distinction I gained professional experience while working for Orange business services. Currently I am doing some remote research on delay tolerant networks for Universidad de Seville.
<br> During my studies I have done a lot of coding and programming related to my degrees. Programming is my Passion. I chose both my Bachelor and Master's projects to involve a lot of programming. It was one of the things that I really enjoyed doing and passionate about. So I started to learn (self-study) some programming and Markup languages such as Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS and JQuery. From there I started developing websites as a freelancer; gaining more experience and learning new technologies and techniques from every project I work on.
<br>I am a tech enthusiast and always eager to learn, especially in my field there is always something new to learn. I love accepting new and hard challenges, trying to overcome a challenge motivates me; furthermore reaching the required results pleases me.

<li><h4>Performance Evaluation of DWT based OFDM System With DAPSK Modulation</h4>
<p>For my MSc. project a Matlab simulation of a discrete wavelet transform (DWT)
based OFDM system adopting differential amplitude phase shift keying (DAPSK)
as its modulation scheme is presented. The main aim of the simulation is to evaluate
the performance of such system in terms of bit error rate (BER) and peak average
power ratio (PAPR). The performance of the system was evaluated in the presence
of Additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) and multipath fading as channel impairments.
The results show the superiority of the DWT based OFDM system when
compared to a DFT based system with 64-DAPSK modulation.</p></li>

<li><h4>Automatic Modulation Classification of Binary Digital Communication Signals</h4>
<p> for my BSc thesis I presented an automatic modulation classification algorithm that is based on a decision theoretic approach in which a set of decision criteria for
classifying dierent types of digitally modulated signals is developed. The introduced algorithm aims is to classify three binary digitally modulated signals
which are binary amplitude shift keying (BASK), binary frequency shift keying(BFSK) and binary phase shift keying (BPSK) in addition to the continuous
wave (CW). Some channel impairments where taken into consideration such as additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) and Flat fading. Four key features are
used in the algorithm to classify the signals of interest, all of the four key features are derived from two instantaneous parameters which are instantaneous
amplitude and instantaneous phase. A method for threshold determination is described in the presence of channel impairments. The performance of the algorithm is evaluated using computer simulations. The performance is measured
in terms of the confusion matrix and the percentage of correct classi cation.</p></li>

<li><h4>Effect of modulation schemes on WIMAX</h4>
<p>In the telecommunication engineering course during my MSC. studies; for the final project a WIMAX network performance was analyzed when
different modulation and coding schemes are used; OPNET modeler was used to simulate the WIMAX network. Four scenarios were created each adopting a different modulation
and coding schemes (QPSk 1/2, 16-QAM 1/2, 64-QAM 1/2 and adaptive modulation). Parameters were calculated for different users at different circumstances and analyzed.</p></li>

<p>In the wireless sensor networks course during my MSC. studies; for the final project a simulation for a wireless sensor network was conducted using netlogo to test and compare common routing protocols. The simulation results were presented and discussed.</p></li>
