works for me but i'd rather have more specifics on how i can replicate this "bluey" filter @carver @pipermerriam -- shall i muck around in photoshop? i did some issue spelunking and possible we can just toss a div over it w/ some CSS?

Previous images were done by a designer that I contracted to do the original site. I think @lithp did his own bluey filter so you could maybe ask him. Otherwise muck about in photoshop or maybe ask someone who's on the internal team that's working on the main website (dunno who those people are).

@ralexstokes the link above is to a web app I stumbled on that lets you muck with filters. maybe that helps?

I'm a bit late to this party but I made my head shot by opening gimp and getting as close as I could. I think the thing which makes life easiest going forward might be for us all to resubmit unfiltered headshots and then throw a div over them like Alex suggested
