I won't be able to make it this week due to traveling. Some updates on the Prysm side:

• Passing the latest spec test
• Tested local devnet withone1 prysm node andone1 geth with 256 validators:

• Tested prysm node can sync with local devnet through blocks and blobs by range. I also tested blocks and blobs gossip
• Tested blobs retrieval through p2p
• Tested blobs retrieval through RPC
• Tested blobs submission through geth and the blobs are correctly reflected with the prysm node
• The only thing I haven't tested is block and blob by root but I don't think that's blocking devnet3

Prysm is fully ready for devnet3. Will need the configs and a genesis time
