[OP Stack Deployment] Issue of adding nodes

Issue Description

I have deployed the complete op-stack chain.

Four programs were deployed on the A node.
A node has enabled the p2p feature of op-node
B node run op-node and op-geth. And op-node connect to A op-node
B's synchronization is normal, able to keep up with A's height and retrieve messages normally.
The problem is,
when we try to use Node B to send out transactions using RPC, it's not working.

Here's the command we're using to start Node B:

geth --datadir ./datadir --http --http.corsdomain="*" --http.vhosts="*" --http.addr=0.0.0.0 --http.api=web3,debug,eth,txpool,net,engine --ws --ws.addr=0.0.0.0 --ws.port=8546 --ws.origins="*" --ws.api=debug,eth,txpool,net,engine --syncmode=full --gcmode=archive --nodiscover --maxpeers=0 --networkid=42069 --authrpc.vhosts="*" --authrpc.addr=0.0.0.0 --authrpc.port=8551 --authrpc.jwtsecret=./jwt.txt --rollup.disabletxpoolgossip=true

op-node --l2=ws://localhost:8551 --l2.jwt-secret=./jwt.txt --verifier.l1-confs=4 --rollup.config=./rollup.json --p2p.static=<NODE A P2P INFO> --p2p.listen.ip=0.0.0.0 --p2p.listen.tcp=9003 --p2p.listen.udp=9003 --rpc.addr=0.0.0.0 --rpc.port=8547 --rpc.enable-admin --l1=$L1_RPC --l1.rpckind=$RPC_KIND

Should I adjust any parameters?

I don't know which configuration affects it (nor do I have a similar test environment) and it should return:

op-geth: v1.101304.0

Is it the stable version?

Yeah those are stable, we encourage folks to always update their nodes to the latest release, they will be our stable versions that have been tested and are on mainnet:
