[OP Stack Deployment] Modifying transaction order

Issue Description

I am experimenting with OP Stack Hacks and I want to attempt to re-order transactions from the Sequencer Mempool, before allowing the sequencer to mine them, I am a bit confused as to where I am supposed to modify the code.

Am I supposed to be updating the op-node or op-geth?

I suspect I need to update sequencer.go within the rollup driver?

Someone on discord suggested I should modify the op-geth node by updating ordering.go:

Any suggestions on what could would need to be modified to re-order transactions before mining them?
