Issue Description

we have an op stack chain running on testnet and mainnet and we wanna add proxyd
so what I'm not sure about is the proxyd configs, what should be set in the backend configs here in the example config is it the rpc URL of our node?
other suggestions context and recommendations will help a lot.

I'm not too familiar with the proxyd configurations so I'll try and loop someone else in. It looks like you need to add your node information to the [backends] section.

based on your docs I think the backends should be the replica-node's RPC?
How can we configure more than one replica-node behind proxyd, most I think the backend should be op-node?
We deploy our replica-node on k8s, should one k8s service only have one replica-node instance?
BTW what's the difference between backends and backend_groups?
